WHERE THE UNIVERSITY BEGAN
A temporary window job became a lifelong craft—and eventually, a clearer way to help homeowners.
Founder Dallin Dean entered the window and door industry in 2001 with a small replacement-window company near Washington, D.C. After returning home to Utah, years spent installing, measuring, troubleshooting, and serving homeowners revealed a recurring problem: too much pressure and too little clarity. Windows Direct Utah—and later this University—grew from the belief that homeowners deserve honest answers before they are asked to buy.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
A homeowner should never need a sales presentation just to understand the question.
Installation deserves equal attention.
